Who we are
Providence Construction Group is a construction company with deep roots in the Willamette Valley. Our key operators are lifelong residents of Salem–Keizer, and our team has been serving the region for more than four years under the PCG name. In truth, our expertise goes back much further; three generations of building, land development, and construction services form the foundation of our company today.
Because we live and work here, we see every project as an investment in our shared community. Whether we are completing apartment turnovers, capital improvement projects, or single-family remodels, we approach every job with the care and accountability of a trusted neighbor.
We specialize in multifamily portfolio renovations, new construction, and residential remodeling throughout Marion, Polk, Benton, Yamhill, Lincoln and Washington Counties, to date. Specializing in interior remodeling and large-scale renovation management. With experience overseeing more than a thousand remodels across Oregon’s Willamette Valley and the DFW Metroplex, he’s known for delivering high-volume projects with exceptional speed and quality. A former business owner with an entrepreneurial mindset, JD leads diverse teams of skilled trades and subs while building lasting relationships grounded in dependability, responsiveness, and resourcefulness. Born and raised in the Willamette Valley, he now lives in Keizer, Oregon with his wife and three children.

Beth Norton brings over 20 years of bookkeeping experience, including more than 15 years in the construction industry. As Bookkeeper and Project Administrator at Providence Construction Group, she plays a vital role in keeping projects running smoothly—supporting project managers, handling financial records, and ensuring that every detail is accounted for behind the scenes. Beth's connection to the construction world runs deep; growing up in a family-owned general contracting business, she learned the value of hard work, organization, and teamwork early on. Today, she enjoys being part of the process from the ground up, taking pride in knowing her work contributes to each project’s success.

With over 25 years of accounting experience—more than half dedicated to overseeing accounting operations in the construction and senior living sectors—Amber specializes in property management and real estate development accounting. She brings significant expertise in financial and managerial reporting, including budgeting and industry-specific analysis. A passionate advocate for process improvement and employee development, she leverages software and training to drive success. At PCG, Amber plays a pivotal role in ensuring financial accuracy, mitigating risk, and supporting the company’s growth and long-term financial stability.
